Before Your First Session
-
Both work! Walk-ups are welcome, but booking ahead guarantees your spot, especially during busy track days when sessions fill up fast. Text or stop by to reserve your time.
-
We keep it efficient so you can get back on track. We'll start with a quick chat about your goals and what's bothering you, followed by a brief assessment to locate the source of the issue. Then you get on the table and we get to work.
-
Just show up as you are — riding gear, leathers, base layers, whatever you're wearing on track. You don't need to bring anything special. Just yourself and an honest account of where it hurts.
During Your Session
-
Nope — I can work right through your athletic gear. That said, if you're comfortable exposing the area we're targeting, it always makes the work more effective. It's entirely your call.
-
Yes! In addition to massage, I have cupping, scraping (IASTM), kinesiology tape, and muscle recovery balms on hand. Whatever tool best addresses your issue, that's what we'll use.
-
Working on it! Cold plunge is on the roadmap — stay tuned and check back as the season progresses.
